Look, I'm not gonna feed you some polished corporate story. Back in 2008, I was working at one of those big dealership service centers, and honestly? I got tired of watching customers get overcharged for basic work while their cars weren't getting the attention they deserved.
European vehicles - they're not just cars, y'know? They're engineered differently, they think differently. You can't treat a BMW the same way you'd handle a basic sedan. But nobody seemed to care about that except a handful of us techs who actually loved what we did.
So I took a pretty big risk, borrowed way more money than I was comfortable with, and opened up shop on Lakeshore. Just me and one bay at first. Word got around that we actually knew what we were doing with European luxury cars, and well... here we are seventeen years later with a full team and a waitlist that sometimes stretches two weeks out.
We're not perfect, but we're honest. And we'll treat your car like it's our own sitting in that bay.
Started with a single bay garage and a dream. Just me, my toolbox, and way too much coffee. First customer was actually my neighbor's Audi that three other shops couldn't figure out.
Hired my first two techs - Marco and Stephanie. Both came from dealerships where they felt like cogs in a machine. Here, they could actually work on cars the right way without someone breathing down their necks about upselling.
Moved to our current location with six bays and invested in some serious diagnostic equipment. The kind of stuff that lets us dig deep into these complex European systems without guessing.
Got certified as an authorized service center for several European manufacturers. It's not just a piece of paper - it means we're held to their standards and have access to proprietary tech and training.
We're a team of eight now, serving hundreds of clients across Toronto. Still learning, still growing, still treating every car like it matters. Because it does.
